We ask you not to use large pieces of luggage, backpacks, or sports bags

Bring something similar. The maximum constitution must not exceed 3 liters,

which is roughly the size of a laptop bag. Thank you for your understanding.

§1 TO WHOM DO OUR AGBS APPLY?

The terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§13 BGB) in the reservation system of Sonja Merz GmbH, Pischekstraße 84, 70184 Stuttgart, phone 0711/6868111, fax 0711/2202828,

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for the purpose

which could predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

§2 HOW DOES THE CONTRACT COMPLETE?

The display of tokens as part of a reservation of specific seats

Sonja Merz serve to submit a purchase offer. By clicking the button “order now for a fee”, you are submitting a binding purchase offer.

We can process your order by sending a separate order confirmation via

Accept email. The receipt of the order is confirmed by an automated

E-mail immediately after sending the order and does not yet constitute an acceptance of the contract.

§3 WHAT DO OUR PRICES INCLUDE?

The prices quoted on our product page include the statutory VAT and other price components and do not include shipping costs (€ 17 or € 19) and processing fee (€ 15).

§4 WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND WHAT ARE OUR DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

The stamps and wristbands can only be sent in advance.

For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of € 17 gross. For an international shipment 19 € gross. This price includes the transport fee for an insured

DHL package and additional costs from Deutsche Post AG.

The delivery takes place via DHL parcel from Deutsche Post AG.

All packages are provided with an individual tracking number, which gives us an overview of the status of the package as well as delivery and acceptance at all times.

The delivery time is after sending our order confirmation (receipt of payment),

unless otherwise stated, a maximum of ten days. Should be 14 days after receipt of payment

If you have not received a package, please inform Sonja Merz as soon as possible.

Orders placed after 09/11/2020 can, due to the few days, be up to

will no longer be sent by post from Sonja Merz GmbH for the festivities.

This order must then be made directly on site, in the marquee office, in the Sonja Merz tent

the Cannstatter Wasen, Mercedesstraße 50, can be picked up. Please also note this

the instructions on the voucher sales document.

§5 WHAT ARE OUR TERMS OF PAYMENT?

We offer you the following payment: advance payment / invoice.

The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within eight days.

Payment in advance / invoice is only possible for consumers over the age of 18.

We reserve the right to exclude purchases on account due to a lack of creditworthiness.

If you are in default of payment, the purchase price is in the amount of

5 percentage points above the base rate. We reserve one

to prove and assert higher damage caused by default.

Reservations made at short notice (two weeks before the start of the event)

can only be collected by the customer and against cash or EC / credit card payment

at the venue.

Payment on site:

Before leaving the tent, the bill must be paid to the service staff.

Consumption on account with a later transfer is not possible. The final bill can

to be paid with tokens, cash, EC or credit cards (American Express not possible!).

A hospitality receipt with recognized VAT will be sent directly by the service staff

issued. Any objections to the content of the invoice must be submitted by the customer directly to the responsible service staff or the management before or at the latest during the payment process. Later complaints can no longer be considered,

as these can usually no longer be traced at a later point in time.

Subsequent invoicing is not possible.

§6 HOW LONG DO THE GOODS REMAIN OUR PROPERTY?

The goods remain the property of Sonja Merz until they have been paid for in full.

Before ownership is transferred, it must be pledged, assigned by way of security or passed on

not permitted without our consent.

§7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send Sonja Merz a clear

Declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample form or another clear declaration on our website www.sonjamerzzelt.de. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (by email) of the receipt of such a revocation. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that

You send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.

In no case will we charge you any fees for this repayment. Sonja Merz can refuse the repayment up to the point in time until the goods have been received back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Deadlines:

You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day

on which you have informed us about the revocation of this contract, to be returned to us or to be handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods

is due with them.

Cancellation conditions:

If the customer cancels the reservations after the expiry of the right of withdrawal

cancellation fees are as follows:

Up to 31 and more before the reserved date - 10% of the minimum consumption per person

30-15 days before the reservation day - 30% of the minimum consumption per person

14-6 days before the reservation day - 60% of the minimum consumption per person

5 days and less before the reservation day - 80% of the minimum consumption per person

The customer is free to prove that the damage caused by the cancellation

was not incurred or not incurred in the amount of the requested cancellation fees.

Sonja Merz GmbH is free to provide evidence of higher damage.

§8 WITHDRAWAL SONJA MERZ GMBH

Sonja Merz is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time for an objectively justified reason.

Such a reason exists if Sonja Merz is forbidden to operate at the Volksfest or in the event of force majeure (e.g. epidemics) the Volksfest does not take place.

In such a case, Sonja Merz is obliged to notify the customer immediately. Of course, the customer does not incur any additional costs or cancellation fees. In addition, in the event of force majeure, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount of the tokens and the admission ribbon. The processing fee and the shipping flat rate will not be reimbursed, as Sonja Merz's service in this regard has already been carried out by processing and shipping the goods.

§9 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Reservation times:

There are basically two reservation shifts. These are as follows:

Lunch: 12 noon - 4.30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) / 10 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday)

Evenings: 5.15pm - 11.00pm (Sunday-Thursday) / 5.15pm - 11.30pm (Friday and Saturday)

Reserved places will be kept free for a maximum of 30 minutes after the confirmed reservation time. After this time, the seats will be released for other guests and your entitlement

forfeited to a seat. Should you not be on site in time for unforeseeable reasons, please contact our marquee office. In addition, the claim expires

on the reserved seats even if you leave the table completely.

On Saturdays, the tent is completely cleared between 4.30 p.m. and 5.15 p.m. and cleaned for the evening reservation. After the reservation time has expired, it is essential to leave the marquee!

Passing on the reservation to third parties:

Reservations are made in the name of the person making the reservation.

An impermissible sale to third parties, e.g. via platforms such as Ebay, and thus circumvention

the cancellation fees is prohibited. In the event of an infringement, the reservation expires,

the rules of cancellation apply (see §8 cancellation conditions).

Excluded from this are travel and event agencies that act as such

are registered with the Sonja Merz tent. In addition, company employees are excluded.

Misuse of vouchers or wristbands (e.g. copy creation and

Resale, etc.) will be prosecuted by Sonja Merz GmbH.

Minimum consumption / tokens:

A reservation is tied to a minimum consumption, which is issued in tokens. The tokens are not tied to the consumption of chicken and beer, but can be redeemed for all drinks and dishes from our menu.

The value given in tokens is understood as the minimum consumption, which is why the

corresponding value can only be redeemed in full. Any remaining sums cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for individual vouchers.

When booking in the barn, the SchatziBar Loge, the gallery or the Sonja Merz Loge

the minimum consumption is issued as a total voucher per person. An exchange for individual vouchers is not possible.

When booking in the Sonja Merz Loge, the SchatziBar Loge, the gallery and the barn

a snack board is included on some days. The acceptance of the Vesper board is binding.

The token for the snack board cannot be canceled or redeemed for other dishes.

The tokens of the central nave are valid for the entire period of the wasens and

lose their validity at the end of the festival. Tokens of barns, boxes,

SchatziBar or the gallery are only valid on the day of reservation and expire

with the end of the reservation.

A return and reimbursement of the tokens or a set-off for the following year

can not.

Admission from 18 years of age:

Admission to the marquee is possible from the age of 18. This is done through access and

ID checks checked. Please have a valid identification document ready.

For guests under 18 years of age is admission with "Muttizettel" and an accompanying person over 18 years of age,

who takes full responsibility in writing is possible. However, there is no guarantee of admission.

People who are very drunk may be denied access to the marquee at any time.

Baggage:

It is forbidden to take larger pieces of luggage into the tent. The maximum permitted capacity of a bag is 3 liters and corresponds to a DIN A4 size.

It is forbidden to bring beverages, glass objects, weapons, drugs within the meaning of the Narcotics Act or other dangerous objects into the marquee.

We are entitled to carry items in the exercise of our domiciliary rights

(Bags, clothing, etc.) to control.
